Heads may turn in tonight’s (Tuesday, January 21) episode of Love Island after the last night’s episode revealed there is going to be a new girl in the villa, just days after Eve Gale was dumped from the villa. Rebecca Gormley is the latest bombshell arrival and she has her eyes on Connagh Howard, Callum Jones and Mike Boateng in particular.
Who is Love Island new girl Rebecca Gormley?
New arrival Rebecca Gormley is a 21-years-old and from Newcastle.
Before taking the trip to the Love Island villa, Rebecca was working as a part-time model and carer.
Rebecca is the winner of Miss Newcastle in 2018 and last year, she came sixth in the Miss England competition.
She described herself as the perfect Islander because she is “fun, loud and outgoing.”

The model rates herself as an 8.5 or a 9 on the looks scale.
Rebecca’s celebrity crush is Christian Grey from the Fifty Shades of Grey, describing him as a “man who knows what he wants.”
She added: “I like a ‘Jack the lad’. He’s got to be the centre of attention easy to get along with, and someone who gets involved with the chat.”
Going into the villa she has her eyes on Connagh, Callum and Mike.
However, all three boys are currently coupled up with Sophie Piper, Shaughna Phillips and Leanne Amaning respectively.
When asked how far she would be prepared to go in the villa to get the guy she wants, Rebecca said: “As far as I need to go.”
She added: “I need to chat to them. I haven’t seen enough of them to know how I’m going to approach it.
“I like funny guys, so I’m thinking making the guy laugh is a tick in the box.

Who are the current Love Island 2020 couples?
The first Love Island recoupling took place on Friday, January 17.
Sadly, this meant Eve was dumped from the villa after Nas Majeed chose to couple up with her twin sister, Jess, instead.
Friday’s episode also saw the arrival of new boys Connagh and Finlay Tapp, who got to choose first which girl they coupled up with.
Connagh’s decision to pick Sophie has led to tensions in the villa, particularly between him and Connor Durman, who Sophie was originally in a couple with.
Here is a look at the current Love Island couples:
- Finlay and Paige
- Connagh and Sophie
- Mike and Leanne
- Callum and Shaughna
